Kratu - Happy Dog Session Milton Keynes

Please meet Kratu. Kratu the Dog from Transylvania.
I met Kratu a while back for his photo shoot in Milton Keynes. His mum won the session at Pup Aid and we had a beautiful day with blue sky and sunshine for his winning shoot. You might recognise his name and face from Crufts, doing his agility course :D  Kratu has had an interesting start to his life. His is a Carpathian Cross Mioritic, which is a Romanian Sheepdog Breed. He was only a couple of weeks old as he got rescued from a travellers camp in Transylvania. Kratu's owner has asked a friend to look for a large breed puppy and lucky Kratu was there. After four month, Kratu travelled across Europe and met his human Tess. Thanks to social media, Tess and Kratu already knew each other they formed an unbreakable bond. 
Kratu's is an ambassador for his breed, for a foreign rescue, for how well a dog can do with the right training. Kratu did his mum proud on his shoot. He was a true Rock Star, posed like a pro and just look into his brown puppy eyes. So much love. 
Thanks to Wendy Kruger, a behaviour consultant at Wood Green, Tess noticed how intelligent Kratu was and how he loved to learn tricks. Kratu is now a trained Therapy Dog, who loves visiting people and making them happy and smile. Kratu is also qualifies as Tess Assistance Dog.  Kratu helped his human mum to find a new purpose in life and Tess is now an advocate for Rescue Dogs. Kratu also became the first dog in the UK to pass the "Do as I Do" training, based on a dogs social skills, taught by Claudia Fugazza.  Kratu is also an Ambassadog for the IAPWA, a charity which champions for change through uniting Animal Lovers Worldwide. Kratu also has his very own slogan #BeKindLikeKratu
